Help and contact

A question about the app, a technical issue, some feedback? Write to us: every message is read, and we are happy to reply.

Write to us

Email contact.tomber-enceinte@devolim.fr. We reply as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days. For a technical issue, tell us your phone model and its system version and, if you can, attach a screenshot: it saves a round trip. There is no need to send us your cycle data: we do not need it to help you.

Frequently asked questions

How does the app work out my fertile days?

From the date of your periods and the length of your cycles, the app estimates the day you ovulate. Your fertile window is the 5 days before ovulation plus the day of ovulation, because sperm can live for up to 5 days. These estimates get sharper with what you log each morning. They are estimates, not certainties.

Why does an ovulation test make predictions more precise?

An ovulation test detects the LH surge, a rise in a hormone that usually comes 24 to 36 hours before ovulation. When you log a positive test, the app spots this surge and confirms ovulation instead of only estimating it: your fertile window then matches your real cycle more closely.

My cycles are irregular: can the app help?

Yes. Predictions are less precise when cycle length varies a lot: in that case, ovulation tests and your morning check-in (cervical mucus, temperature) are your best guides, because they follow what is really happening. If your cycles are very irregular or absent, talk to your doctor or midwife.

What is "This month, I'm taking a break" for?

Some months, you need to ease off. This setting turns off fertility notifications while you take a breather. Turn it off whenever you like to get them back.

How does Pépin answer my questions?

Your question is sent securely and without your identity to our server, which passes it to an artificial intelligence service (OpenAI). Pépin answers by drawing on official sources. Your question is not kept on our servers and is not used to train the AI. Pépin does not replace a doctor.

Is my data shared or sold?

No. There is no account, no advertising and no data sold. Your cycle and journal stay on your phone and are never sent to our servers. Details are in the privacy policy.

I have a new phone: how do I get Premium back?

Install the app with the same Apple or Google account, then tap "Restore purchases" in the app. As your cycle and journal are stored only on your old phone, remember to export them before switching devices (Me, My data).

Does the app replace my doctor?

No. Tomber Enceinte gives you landmarks and general information. Your doctor and midwife know your situation: their advice always comes first. See the health disclaimer.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Your subscription is managed from your store account, not from the app:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. If you were offered a free trial, cancel it at least 24 hours before it ends to pay nothing. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play support: the store collects payment and issues refunds.

Restore a purchase

Already paid for Premium but the app does not recognise it? Check that your phone uses the same Apple or Google account as when you bought it, then tap "Restore purchases" in the app. If that does not work, write to us with the approximate date of purchase.

Export or delete my data

Tomber Enceinte has no accounts. Your cycle and journal are stored only on your phone: to export them or delete them permanently, open Me, then My data. Uninstalling the app also removes them. On our servers, only a question counter linked to an anonymous identifier is kept; it deletes itself automatically. Purchase information is kept by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, in line with their legal obligations. For any request, email contact.tomber-enceinte@devolim.fr.

Report a problem or an error

A prediction that looks odd, an inaccurate answer from Pépin, a bug? Write to us and tell us which screen is involved: we check and fix it as quickly as possible.
